When necessary, our Nurse Practitioners can also prescribe appropriate medications and conduct further investigations, including pathology testing, to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment strategies. You book an appointment online. If there are any issues, please contact us on info@emwlc.com.au.

We will send intake forms to your provided email address. Please ensure all are filled out including card details and Medicare details at least 48hrs prior.

Your Elite Nurse Practitioner will receive your information prior to your appointment for review. They will also go through your information with you during your appointment.

At your appointment time your Elite Nurse Practitioner will call you. There may be times your Elite Nurse Practitioner will run late due to previous appointments so please allow extra time.

During your call you will receive a comprehensive consultation where a personalised plan will be created for you.

During your call if you require a script or any pathology these forms will be sent to you electronically.

You’ll be rebooked for your follow up appointment to ensure your journey is going well, review results, scripts and adjust any changes.

After your consult your payment will be processed, and we will lodge your Medicare rebate on your behalf. Please note this can only be done if your have set up your medicare card to allow so.
